Reliance Power IPO — NON RECEIPT OF REFUND OR ALLOTTMENT INTIMATION

I had applied for RELIANCE POWER IPO vide application No. 82305062 for 30 shares vide cheque No.094987 dated 17.1.08 drawn on Corporation Bank, Carstreet, Mangalore - amount Rs.3450(30x115) . Reliance Power IPO — Non-Receipt of refund amount and credit of shares

Inspite of innumerable mails and false assurances from Karvy that they would get back shortly after investigating, they are yet to come back even after the closure of the issue over three months back.
I have not got my shares nor the refund amount and I do not know where else my grievance would get resolved as Karvy does not respond and a standard reply from SEBI that the complaint is marked to the company and they will directly reply to you and one need to write to them again.
