[Resolved]  Reliance (RCOM) — Recharge Voucher Problem

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have requested to convert my prepaid cell no [protected] to postpaid no. I have raised the request on 7th May, 2011. Today (14/05/2011) i have done the recharge of 111 Rs and balance has been credited to my prepaid mobile balance and after that same day, they converted my mobile no [protected] to postpaid no and recharge amount of Rs 111 become Zero amount. Kindly credit my balance amount of Rs 111 to cell no.
