Reliance (RCOM) — rejection of port out request twice | |||
Dear sir, I am tryng to port out to idea from reliance comm but rcom has rejected twice with the error message: "some or all numbers in the range do not belong to the indicated donor in the indicated lsa". I have cleared all dues and there is a surplus amount as well in the account. Please expedite the port out request or explain the reason mentioned above.
