Reliance Smart Card — regarding deducting cash from my smart balance without any subscribe

Dear Sir,
Greeting from puri, orrissa.i am a customer of your company since long the bearing Mob:no [protected], but i do not undrstand that whenever i am putting my balance more in my mobile, the customer care of your company just cuttining down my cash by saying that you have subscribe the movie masala pack, which i did not subscribe at all & i do not want to do that, This matter already happens for two, three times till date.so i request you to cash back my money & do not send any message to my mobile, If this continue for longer i have to choose the other option.
