I wish to get my sms 39 pack since last month. When message comes from 51234 to sms deact pack39 to 53739 if i don't want to continue it, i send sms many times, immediately a message comes "message retries over" means message never goes. Next day they deduct Rs. 39 from my account. Today also i am trying the same. But message is not going. No menu available in customer care no. for complaints. If today this activation message is not sent, tomorrow they will again deduct Rs.39. Please give some solution. My no. is[protected] Was this information helpful? | 
Reliance Smart Card — no signals and no networks for months together in IIT kharagpur campus which has 10000 campus density need immediate attetion from reliance
sir,we have 10000 students in the campus . many students have reliance connection . maximum tower can attend 600 to 800 calls at a time in this cell area .but here density is more, we never get signals. all the time network says busy .its too bad ..., please increase the tower capacity
or install few more towers in iit campus.
