Reliance Smart Prepaid — gprs speed is very low

I use reliance smat prepaid service (in danapur, patna). I am very said to say that in evening it start prompting " no network connection" and even more after paying Rs.303 its gprs connection is verry poor every time when I get connected to it. so solve this problem or every one quit using smart prepaid service. solve it NOW.

i am shekher narayan sinha from patna...sir i want to delete my hello tunes from my smart cell phone...i have tried many times but nothing happens.my mo. no. is [protected].sir plz solve my problem...and msg me to my email shortly.

plz sir remove my caller tunes.because of this my bal is getting minus.at the time my bal is -221 due to ur caller tunes.
so kindly i req u to take some action regarding this.

Reliance Smart Prepaid — Cheating to Customer

Hai,

This is lal. I am Using my smart pre paid connection from last 3 year.This is my life time velidity prepaid connection.At that time once u use Power pack it will continue power untill u recharge validity Recharge coupen and if we load any top up than velidity increase automatically.But Now my power disconnet with out information to me. why its happening Smart now doing what they want with out thinking what costumer want. If there is customer than are you if no customer than who are you.
Even u have never take feed back about how effectivelly u r costumer care Executive work.They talk in vast manner(becomes manar less). they think they are owner & have monopoly.
If no Solution for this i have to disconnect my 4 connection

Reliance Smart Prepaid — COMMERCIAL CALLS

I am receiving the commercial calls from your department even I complaint it to stop but till date they have not stopped the unnecessary distrubing calls/Sms to my No. ie [protected]. I contacted the personnel in your Reliance office at at Industry House, A. B. Road, Indore two times but they told me it take 45 days to deactivate it.
It is surprising that customer has not activate this service and getting distrube and you people taking 45-50 days to remove such a little problem. I could not understand the reson behind it. May i going to disturbe 45-50 days more for such unneccessay commercial calls. Pl initimate me so i may change my SIM if not possible to You.
I am three years old customer.

i am from orissa .my cell no is [protected].sir i was activate a calleer tune in my no of khaki(wada raha).but my problem is that till yet it is not activate.but besides it my account has been minused.i was also complain again and again to cstmr care.but they are telling me it will activate soon.plz wait.but i don't get any result regarding this matter.
PLZ SIR TELL ME HOW CAN I BE SOLVE ?
