[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Prepaid — prayer for issue the PUK code no.as per sim is locked for the mobile no.[protected]

I am the regular customer since more than 3 years.2 days have passed my sim is locked and asking the PUK code no.i have tried in the customer care but no reply i found.
Therefore, i request you to grant my complain and plese send the PUK no.for the mobile no.[protected].to my e-mail id.
