[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Sim — Outgoing and Incoming call deactivated

Sir,

I am using reliance mobile gsm card no [protected] and my mobile discunnected second time due to verification of documents. But I was called in customer care when first time discunnected the person of customber care call back that your address proof meet me and he had verified in our cell. But today i.e. 02/07/09 also disconnected my sim due to verification. How?

Reliance Smart — deactivated outgoing calls

Dear sir,
i am using your service since 2003 in bihar and delhi.Recently i have shiffted in Kolkata and taken a new connection My cell phone Number is [protected] .My problem is after giving all document to ypour retailer my outgoing call has been deactivated due to that i am suffring lots.please solve my problem as soon as possible.

With due respect, I was using a prepaid mobile Number [protected] service provided under your Reliance Smart prepaid Service.Last 4 Months my mobile was not in used

And Sim card is kept with me.Presently this is not in use but after calling on this Number, It Knew this Number is using by other person Name Saurbh in Biora.

Sim Number : 32 K[protected]


This is requested to you that cancel my Sim Card for further use.

Sir, my SIM has been deactivated since 5 days. Neither Customer care Executive nor authorised Dealers (CADD Center, Near Sitalamandir, Badabazar, Baripada) are listening to my request. Customer care executives say that they have not received my documents yet. The Dealer (CADD Center) says that he has submitted my documents after verifying it. He says that due to some Server Error the incoming and outgoing facilities have been disrupted. He has been saying this for the last five days.
