[Resolved]  reliance telecom GSM — Sim card mobile no-:[protected] not activated after 25th day of issue.

Respected Sir,

I purchased a RELIANCE GSM from a retailer after submitting the proper documentation.The dealer told me it would be activated after 2 to 3 days.
Till now it has been the 26th day its not activated.
I also had been to the dealer,he replied that the documentation is ok but they are not able to activate it from their side.
I feel like I would never go to buy the Reliance GSM sim.
If the Reliance team could not activate their own sim then they must shutdown their network.

Telecom — sim activation

i have bought an life time validity airtel sim 17th of novmber.i have gotten a activation sms i.e number [protected] but till now not being any incomming & outgoing call .i am not satisfied your srvice & i have rcharg one STD tarif &one 100 balanc tarrif please solve my this problm as soon as

Reliance Mobile GSM sim card — not activated till 5th day

Dear sir,

I had purchased a pre paid sim card on 29.01.2010 from RELIANCE MINI STORE outlate at Prarthana Samaj,Charni Rd.(e),M'bai-400004.They had refused to provides me any kind of supportive bill type documents regarding this purchased,and i am being told that as there is no such system for prepaid purchased.

Now till today after five days my services are still not activated and no body willing to provide a proper information regarding my complain.In generally we are told that yor service will be activated within two hours from the time of purchased.As i have no proff of correct time & date of purchase,i have to suffers no answerability from outlate and also from service provider company.No one is willing to satisfy me regarding not activating my services.They are also neither ready to give back my purchased price nor changing the sim card.Now every day i spent near about two hors at its outlate and all the time they adviced me to wait & watch.I am still not properly awared that why my services are still not activated?and also they are not ready to tell us that what is the reason for non cativation.

Sir,I kindly want to know that on such issue...................................

1.what kind of support can provides to us from Goverment regulatory authority i.e TRAI?
2.Is there any clause for not providing the purchase support document like bill to coustmer as it is necessary for further communictaions?
3.Who will be answerable for such types of delaying the services for knownsense reasons?
4.How can TRAI being a protactor to phone consumer, taking any action against such service provider?
5.Is still in our country coustomer have only one right that is wait & watch.......till how long?

I personely gratefull if support provided on this issue.
