[Resolved]  Reliance Trend — Money got deducted from account in spite of failed transaction

Myself Rahul Sahu, I had visited Reliance trends, century 21 mall, A B ROAD, Indore on 11/jan/2012 and done purchasing of Rs. 1425/- for the payment of which I swapped my SBI debit card on their machine, but the transaction got failed, after which i did a cash payment, but when i checked my account the amount got deduced from my account which means the transaction was not failed. I contacted Reliance trends, they told me to go to bank and lodge a complaint there, so i did. Bank forwarded my complaint to Reliance trends through their centralised working unit, but even after 47 days i havn't got my money. Please help me, what should i do, I have to leave indore within a week, and may be i may never come back to indore again.
