Reliance Wimax internet — Bad customer care service | |||
HI, I am having reliance broadband wimax connection. Its been three years i am using it. After three years beacuase of some reason my network cable got damaged. I called up the customer care service and put the request. The reliance executive came to home and told me there is some shortage of network cable ,once they got network cable he will come again and resolve my problem. but unfortunately, after 2 week waiting i called customer care and found my request has been closed. How would they closed any customers request without intemating him. This is ok, i again called customer care and put the new request.this time another executive called me and ask to wait for him, he will come to my home and resolve my issue. i wait for 3 and more hours than he mentioned to wait, and he didnt reply. whenever i tried to reach him, he wasnt even taking my calls. after so many times try, finaaly he come to my home and fixed new network cable.and shown internet is working. but he shown on his laptop. but when i tried to connect it my desktop PC, it wanst able to connect. So i called up again, found this time also they have closed my request without asking me my response. I again had to put new request, this time guy came over here and didnt do anything. he replied i will come in next early morning and solve it. Now its been 3 and half week passed and i got zero response but punctually got my last month bill. This is the reliance our reliance. Was this information helpful? | |||
