Dear Sir/ madam,

Our Reliance y-Max Subscriber ID: GTROA_NSP_CIR_298531, complained booked for the issue of non availability of internet connection as follows:
3rd Apr 2010 Complain Id[protected],
5th April 2010 complain Id:[protected],
6th April 2010 Complain Id:[protected]

Each and every case customer care refereed for technical persons visit to our premise, we found no technical person visit/call to our premise and when call back to the customer care they told each and every time the case ID are closed from the "Server end". We are in deep problem.

Our line is till dead, inconvenience that caused major hamper to our works, we have also write them if we don't got the proper clarification regarding this issue we will be bound to discontinue the service with them.

This is a very hectic problem we have ever faced with them
