[Resolved]  Reliance World — worst condition ever in customer services????????????????????????

Dear sir :-
This mail is regarding your worst condition in customer services .As we have spend our thousands of money in Reliance web store ambala cantt, but the services are over there are very worst, every body is in your staff making fool of ours .As there is no proper electricity in your store from last many days, and if we ask about the same from yours employees, they replied us back SIR HAMIEN KOI SHOWNK NAHI HAI KI HUM A.C BAND KARKE RAKHE ????? With very bad reaction and very worst language. We complaint about the same, so many time from lower to senior level, but no betterment from your side .We complaint for the same to Mr. Manoj excu there, >Mr. Iqbal kajla asm there, > to ajitabh jerath > all over head, but we have not received any solution …just an example of small problems which, we faced in your web world on daily basis.
First of all A.C is not working in web world, in a very hot condition they are arranged fans for us, after so many days of our request, and after that the wording of your staff is sir apke liye spl panke mangvaye hai now you have to spend 1000 rs/. More on recharge of a/c .what is this ?????

Worst behavior by your staff members in front of our managers when we are reporting over there, and when we complaint this to your ASM Mr . iqbal kajla, he is also very rude on call, it means mistake is from your end but no apologies from your staff .Tell us this is your customer services.

In the session of summer in which, reporting is very important for us, five days back we come for reporting over there and doing our work, suddenly electricity gone and our data is also gone, when we l ask for the same, reply is sir maine thodi na band kari hai, ye to d.g .main diesel finish hone se hua hai ????????/ it means what ??????? and we went up from there after waiting half an hour, and done reporting from other cyber café . New slogan of yours now if you want to waste your money than come to web world ambala cantt .

I totaly AGREE with u sir, same thing happen to me.
This is just happen not a single time, they just used to do it again and again .I think every one must agree with me because its just happen with all o[censored]s.
When ever u recharge ur account, they just used it just like chewing Gum and not leave a single rupee in ur Account.They just subscribe useless callertunes, anythink, and ur account is nill.This is happen ven m alone and doing night journey.And there is no shop open where i can recharge my mobile(major problem with single women) and now d problem arise how to contact my relatives as there is nill paise in my account.
very poor service of Reliance, every time i used to recharge my a/c, but they immediately just cut down charges by subscribing caller tune, beauti tips, etc without informing us, Please check out this feedback so it can help us all reliance user unless one day com when nobody wants to use it, n through it in Dustbin like tissue paper.
and when we complain about this they just answer "AAPNE GALTI KI YAHA PHONE KAR KE PUCH RAHE HO" worst language used by worst people, very dispointed by this, not know how to deal with customers.
