[Resolved] Reliance World — cancellation of services | |
Dear Sir / Madam, I have been visiting reliance web world now known as reliance world in the jail road, tilak nagar office for handing over my connection. I have visited them atleast 6-7 times now. Every time i visit these people they virtually refuse to take back the connection provided to me on one or the other reason stating their system is not working or printer is not working. I have visited and have end up paying up piled up bill amounts since mine is a monthly rental plan, If their system is not working and I need to pay again and again as they are unable to process my request, then I feel this a regular feature for reliance to harass the customers and i might not be the only one, Nice way to earn money, thumbs up Anil Ambani Ji, May GOD Bless your Father's soul, for he wouldnt' have wanted you to carry on such business practices, I have made a compaint in the register at reliance world copy of the same is attached herewith, i am sure there is not going to be any resolution to this. Reliance World — Refusal to Exchange Bad Phone for A different Phone
The Basant Lok Reliance World sold me a COOLPAD188 phone on 19/02/09. It is the worst quality phone I have ever got. The voice crackles and you can not communicate. It shuts off even when the battery is charged. I have suffered heavy losses because of missed calls and want to exchange the phone for any other brand phone but the Store manager Mr. Amit Sharma insists on giving the same model in exchange. Says there is no provision for replacing the defective product, a product which I as a customer do not want.No where in the world does a Communication Company forces it's customers to keep a product they are not happy with. In fact the first 30 days is trial period and no questions are asked if the customer wants to exchange or even return it.
Reliance World — Taking too much personal information
The website takes a landline no and personal email id for joining its service. That is moderately acceptable. A photo ID is asked for. That is within the law.The service provider in Kottayam scans the photo ID, takes your personal email id and phone number, scans the photo id and ENTERS it into ANOTHER DATABASE. The company is linking my personal information for its own purposes.

R World — unhappy with r world services
SirI am Sitanath Ganguly, a postpaid customer of your mobile service.
I am not satisfied with the wallpaper and video services. I have purchased a new handset Nokia 2505 and downloaded some wallpapers but realized the quality of those wallpapers not suitable for most of the new mobile sets which has bigger screens. They are becoming scratchy when using as a wallpaper. Please make sure that wallpapers are presented with at least 128x128 sizes for perfect usability.Secondly, I am not getting services such as messaging, surf, and streaming videos. I request you to kindly take necessary steps so I could enjoy your R World service better.
