Reliance(Smart) — 100 Rs got deducted from my balance

Sir,
my number is [protected]. 100 Rs has been deducted from my number. i have called the customer care many times. Every time i call them they say that are unable to check my account due to fault in server. i have launched a complain on 20th june. My complain number is[protected]. Last time when i called the customer care yesterday 27th june they told me that they are unable to refund my balance. When i asked them the reason they told me that money accounts are handled my the technical department so they cannot give any information as to why my balance got deducted. My balance got deducted on 20th and today is 28th of june, still i didnot get my balance back. I will be really thankful to you if you solve my problem by refunding my balance.
