RELIANCE/SMART — Poor customer service

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I regret to put up this complaint.
I had a horrible experience with one of your customer care executives.
This incident took place on 20th of Dec'09 at around 00.20 AM IST.
Please check the customer care skills standard of this particular executive .
If I really had an option of MNP in my home town, then the very next moment I would have opted for it.
I would request and appreciate if such executives be sent for refresh training.
