[Resolved] Religare One Touch — Foul Play and misleading calls for making members | |||
This is what I have written to Religare OTS Team: Hello, Boss, you had promised with 4 and 5 star Hotel but Prima Cottage at Sanur is purely 4 Star accommodation. The reviews at Trip advisor.com is terrible in terms of cleanliness, staff, locality of the hotel. They say it is a good option for budget hotel but boss we have been shown rosy pictures like hotel Nirwana Bali and then given option for these kinds of Hotels??? You promise with accommodation for 4 people and give for only 2. The list of Hotels sent by you in the first instance is really good and attractive and then while booking actually you give filthy and dirty hotels. I am really amused that a huge asset management group like Religare is involved in such a type of foul play. I am not at all going to except this hotel. I am in line with the date you want me to submit the forms (rather I am well before the time). I want only Nirwana Bali as an option. Pls act on this or refund my money to my card.
