I have religare trading account with religare.Recently I paid Rs.15000/- to the religare as the advance brokerage.I have the issue that i am not given to trade from my online account.reason given is access denied i contacted the customer care.now the religare send the technician after 2months when the problem was lunched at the customer care.I also have the issue that my BSE quotes are very diffirent from the market rate when i say about the exposure comment is not fullfill.I have been delayed saying that ur request is under process.till date So if anyone has similar problem plz contact at my mob:-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |

Religare Securities — illegal operation of my account by broker
My client code is hb884.My operator operated my account by selling 5 lots of gbp inr without intimating m e and making a loss.This is not the first time that he has done so .This is height of poor service.Now who will give my money back? I m planning to take them to court76%

Religare — Disgusting Service
Religare Demat and trading Account service is very DISGUSTING.I opened an account with Religare couple of months back but not yet able to do any transaction because of never ending technical problems.
One of that is I can not do fund transfer with IDBI account.
if you know that IDBI is not tied up for online transaction, why your marketing executives don't have that knowledge? Why he registered IDBI at the time of opening an account? Why he didn't collected required docs while opening an account?
Better, I would like to close this account rather than going to local religare office for submitting docs as it will also ask me to fulfill one or another requirements, transactions are far beyond.
For opening an account, customer gets lods of calls but once account got opened, they are helpless. is this the CUSTOMER SATISFACTION you provide?
This I discussed lot many times with executives in pune office on call but nothing has happened till date. As expected, there comments are "we don't know" or "we are not responsible for that"...
what more can be expected.
