Religare Securities Ltd — Delayed credit of fund transfer | |
I transfer funds to religare securities electronically which gets their bank a/c credit the same day but in my ledger they update after 2-3 days inspite of repeated reminders. I have been trading through your company from past few months.My log in id is N206032.
I am very sorry to say that your services are getting worst day by day because of which I have to face lots of problems.From past one month I am not able to log in my religare trading a/c and no response is being given to my emails even.When I enquired on phone, I was told that that this is due to technical upgradation.You should have informed your customers regarding this and they should be provided with some alternative for this.
Just because of all this I am not able to withdraw money for my important tasks in emergency.My money is totally blocked from past one month and all my important tasks are being not done and this is just because of the negligance of your comany services to your customers.I am facing a financial problem due to all this.
I am again sorry to say but this is something ridiculous that I was not even informed about when I would be able to withdraw cash from my account.Your customers can sue your company regarding blockage of their own money for this.
You please look into this matter as soon as possible.
