Hello,
My name is Abijith K P. Last year on 28th July 2020 I bought a Religare health insurance policy through ICICI bank.On 28th July 2021, the health policy was meant to end, even when representatives from the company called me I clearly mentioned multiple times that I was not interested in renewal of the health policy. But on 5th August 2021 I received an SMS message as follows
Dear MR. Abijith K P, Auto Renewal Txn for your Care Health Insurance Policy No 17802280 for Rs. 3598 has been dishonoured due to low funds. Please renew you policy by using the link www.carehealthinsurance.com or visit nearest CHIL branch today !
After I received this message the amount was taken from my account without any intimation. This is such a fraud company. I raised the request and called the representative too since I thought the company made a mistake, but he just gave me an email ID [protected]@religarehealthinsurance.com. I explained the situation multiple times through this email address but they just sent abstract info and a number to call ie.,[protected]/[protected] these numbers are automated and they don't give you any choice to talk to an executive. The executive who contacted me regarding the renewal told me to forward all the mails to his ID ie., gaurav.[protected]@careinsurance.com. But alas nothing happened. He promised I would get a refund asap and it was a company mistake. But even now I haven't received any amount. Kindly refund my total amount asap.

    Policy number 30209650.
    This policy belongs to my mother and I have requested a cancellation for the same. The policy was cancelled and I received a vague transaction screenshot of the refund saying it was successful. Despite my several attempts contacting both the agent and customer care number I've only recived rude responses and request numbers everytime I raise a complaint and a 5 day waiting period but the refund has still not been credited to the nominee. The agent Sandhya and the customer care operator Nadeem responded rudely when I asked for the transaction report and all they could say was "Mil jayega aapko after 5 days". The agent herself is not aware about the policy terms and conditions which is stupid if you're working for an organisation and unaware about such details.

    It's a shame and a scammy move by both Religare/care insurance when they're quick to take your money meetha meetha baat karke and will take years to process a 25% refund on the premium paid.

    This is the worst insurance company one could come accross.

    It would be great if I can know to whose account did this refund disappear into since there was no help from customer care and the agents. Please TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER.

      Dear Sir/ Madam,

      I want to complaint about reimbursement claim of my mother- Mrs. Renu Goyal. she was having health insurance policy in Religare, Policy no. 12169094. She got suffered from COVID and was admitted in JP hospital, Zirakpur on 04.05.2021. her claim no. is 91705778 which was approved by insurance company on 12/05/2021. However, till date i have not received the claim amount. Everytime whenever we call at their customer care helpline number they make excuses and at the end of communication they generate some request id and ask us to wait for next 7 working days time for further process. We have submitted all the required documents online on their application but still claim amount is not getting refund to us.

      I have lost my mother due to covid and belong to middle class family. However our claim was cashless but due to emergency we managed to deposited the hospital charges as we had faith in insurance company that they will reimburse our amount but we have been harrased by them.

        As i opened my demat account online & that time the branch allocated to me was Jaipur but from the last 4 years i am not residing there. So I have transferred my account to Ankleshwar. For this account closure I went to the branch but the broker office does not exist at the address as given on your website & later then I contacted that person but he did not respond.
        For this I have contacted religare customer service & they told me that we will arrange a call back from your broker but he did not call me.
        After a few days I called him again, then he picked the call & told me that i didn't open your account so i can't close your account.
        If you want to close your account then contact to customer care. We are not sitting here to close your account. For this I have complained so many times in customer care but everytime you people give only time to resolve but nothing happened about my problem.
        At the time of account opening you people call so many times but when customers want to close nobody will respond.

          I was working with care health insurance long back, but still my agent code is not deactivated I have submitted al the required documents with them on 12/07/2021, but still they have not proceed with necessary actions for deactivating the same,

          Kindly help in deactivating the same as due to this i am not able to join any other insurance company,

            I got 2 different claims.One in December-2019 and other in March-2020 I got claim of rs 386825/- in March claim and No claim Bonus of Rs 150000/-.               Respected sir.
              I was the employee of Religare securities ltd. My designation was back office. I had resigned from the company in 2011. And now I have raised the complaint for my PF withdrawal through mail and already sent the hardcopy for the same 4 months ago and I have already sent the mail reminders in between but there is no positive response yet and my PF is still pending. It's my humble request to please avail my PF. I need urgent.

                Dear sir/mam,

                I have buy a health policy from your company on 8th oct of Rs-4054 /- But due to some reasons i don't qant to continue this policy. Kindly cancel my policy and refund my total amount as soon as possible. Mail sent on company's support mail id but not getting any revert at the other end. Worst service.

                  Religaare did a illegal t + 5 transaction on my trading account without informing me or my relationship manger. Because of that i faced a loss of 19 000 rupess inr. Moreover they should be choosing some profit making shares to get the margin amount, or the share which the customer got from their margin amoungt. But they intentionally sold a heavy loss equity because so that i get a heavy loss.. This shows how much they care about theit existing customers. This company should be banned. Its the worst brokerage company i have ever seen in india. Moreover they have given me the phone number of the rm and he told that he dont know anything about the transaction. So basically these transactions were done illegally winthout informing me or the rm. Please compensate the loss which i faced because of this illegal transaction. My id is gn1239

                  This is in continuation to our e-mail and subsequent telephonic discussions held with our official regarding liquidation of 23 shares of L&T happened on 18.09.2020.
                  We wish to re-iterate that it has been made mandatory for trading member to liquidate any unpaid securities on T+5 day in order to recover client dues and intimation with regard to above changes was sent to you at your registered email id through e-mail on 22.02.2020, receipt of the same has also been acknowledged by you during the discussion with our official.
                  Please note that your equity trading account was in continuous debit against the position created by you through your own login on 10.09.2020 and intimation with regard to the same was given to you in due course through SMS on your registered mobile number as well through margin statement on your registered e-mail id
                  However since the debit was not cleared hence we were constrained to liquidate the position on 18.09.2020 in order to recover the debit.
                  Further, as regard to your concern regarding selecting share to liquidate to recover the dues, we would like to state that liquidation is system driven process and client’s positions is subject to liquidation based on parameters which is combination of the client portfolio, market volatility/scrip volume etc..
                  Also, during the discussion with our official you were also offered to reinstate the positions as the price of share was running at lower than the liquidated price however you chose otherwise.

                  Religare please dont fool other people by telling lies. When did you offer me to reinstate the positions .
                  Please let me know the timing of the call or any records for the same. The Phone number of the RM which you gave, he dont know anything about my account and dont know about the transaction that happenned illegally on my account. when he checked a lot, he came to know that the transaction has happenned in some part of kolkata, which is not my branch . if you care so much for your customers, you could have informed about the T+ 5 some 2, 3 days back only. You cannot just send one message to the customer at 6am and do the illegal transaction at 9:30Am the same day. this is inhumane.Also you had the intention to destroy customers capital amount. and you manually targetted that share where the customer is already facing a huge loss . You could have squared off that share where customer used your margin amount and is there was any other loss to be recovered, then you square off some other share. The entire activity was completely illegal and inhuman . Please someone let me know how to report these guys and file a case against them in court.

                  Religare, I need the call records which shows that you offered me to reinstate the positions as the price of the share was running lower than the liquidated price. Failure of which, i will drag you to court and please I request all the public and rrespected officials of the consumer court to ban this brokerage firm ASAP. They are sitting just to loot their customers

                  to reinstate the position, I need the entire amount which I lost because of you guys. the price at which you sold the 23 LNT shares plus the av price at which I bought LNT. Then only I can reinstate the same. there was a loss of 12000 which I would never have done. My average buying price was 1450 and you sold the share at 900. so there was a loss of 550*23=12650. Please return this amount ASAP
                  then only I can reinstate the share back.

                    I renew the policy on 23rd march 2020.

                    Before renewal i ready inform to religare representative that i want to add my gst no. But she informed me that please do renewal first & then invoice copy mail back to me with your gst no.

                    I did the same & mail to her on same day with gst no. For update in gst.

                    But she didnt reply my mail after many reminders.

                    After that i mail to customer support mail id"[protected]@religarehealthinsurance.com. For the same. They replied me that you have to inform me in a same month. It will be not possible now.

                    But i already mail on the same month & day.

                        I holding religare policy with daily hospital cash rider.
                        I paid extra amount for my hospital cash benifit.

                          Hi.. My name is rajiv kumar. Last year i buy a religare health insurance policy through indusind bank. On 22 may 2020, is my renewal date of health policy. I already inform to the executive who are calling me for renewal. I inform to the executive i don't want to continues this policy on starting of the may month.
                          But on 19th may i received a message of alert:rs.8562.00 spent via credit card xx1539 at religare health insura on[protected]:01:57:19 without pin/otp. Not you? Call [protected].

                          Debited from my account without any intimation. Such a fraudest company. I raise the request before 15 days ago but still now not receiving any amount. Kindly refund my total amount asap.

                            After doing too much followup with religear health insurance i have to file a complaint bcoz of no solution.

                            My mother was admitted in hospital for tkr treatment on 19 feb 2020 at 12:30 pm in afternoon.

                            And at the time of discharge they decline & complete amount i had to pay from my pocket.

                            I made a claim for reimbursement and sent all the required original documents by dtdc courier vide ref no. Z14927325 on dated 25 feb 2020 to religare health unit no 604-607, 6th floor, tower c, unitech cyber park, sector 39, gurgaon – 122001 it's more then 70 days.

                            They guys keep on rejection my claim because of stupid reasons, i have summited all the proof by email and also upload relligare mobile application with ref no.
                            (Cw[protected]) but my claim has been not approved till date".

                            I contacted all the concerned person, grievance cell etc but my case is not resolved.

I can't understand when you collect the premium your executive call and request to collect personally cheques, but when customers applying for claims or reimbursement your manager executive doesn't given single called to the customers.

                            Today morning about 10:00 AM I'm call, he told he is call back after 1 hour, till the time I'm not received any call.

                                Sir, i have ask/ applied for renewal of my travel policy no. 16592907 and fill the form in proper time (Three days ago) but sorry to say no payment link has been provided to me yet.                                   Religare broking limited is the biggest fraud company of all time. Their agents and customer support are all corrupt, their trading software is faulty and they pay nse to close their eyes of all their misdeeds.

                                  1. On 21 april 20, i placed an order on option call nifty opt 9550 at rs 0.2 limit for 750 qty. I also placed 2 more orders along with this. The amount in my account was rs58000 only. When market opened all 3 orders were placed. The order for nifty 9550 was showing profit/loss of 0 in my positions. But after sometime, it started showing -2, 64, 000 in my available margin and the position for nifty5500 order was showing buying price of 399.50. After deducting the amount of other 2 orders i was left with only 33000 (Appx) in my account then how a huge order was placed.
                                  They gave me 1000% margin on delivery trade on their own without my knowledge or permission which is strictly violation of sebi rules. Their trading software is faulty which took my order in market and gave me 1000% margin. I have few screenshots which i took from their religare dynami app which can prove my point.

                                  2. “as per upfront margin rules, how this order was executed if margin was not available?”. It clearly indicates that the firm religare is at fault and should bear the consequences (Loss/gain) arising out of this trade. I complaint it to nse and throughout my complaint religare executive kept on changing their statement in every reply and nse was always kept on supporting them. It was clearly visible that they have internal links with nse representatives also.

                                  3. While placing and execution, why they (Religare) didn’t check my available balance and why they gave me such huge margins even when margins are not allowed in options buy call? It is the responsibility of broker to do risk management and check available margins while executing order. Whatever the case may be, their personnel and/or software must manage risk and should not place any order beyond available balance. The broker has to ensure that trading limits/ exposure limits/ position limits are set for all clients based on risk assessment, credit quality and available margins of the client (Refer section 1.1 (Iv), 1.2 (Iv), 2.6, 2.7, 5.1 (X) of sebi manual attached). Therefore, it is a great failure and clear violation of sebi rules by the religare firm.

                                  4. People sitting in investor service cell of nse do not have sufficient knowledge about share market and they believe what broker tells them without even verifying it from some other expert. Same happened in my case, religare gave some meaningless explanation which was totally invalid and wrong. I request isc panel to verify it but isc didn't do it.

                                  5. Therefore, i am applying for arbitration.

                                      I took travel insurance policy 16824661 for my parents which has expired midnight 25-april-2020. Due to covid-19 and no international flights are operating my parents cannot travel back to india. I reached out to religare customer care with the hope that due to global pandemic and govt restrictions my parents cannot fly back to india and religare would hep in extending the travel insurance without any additional charges. Seems like company has no moral values towards helping the senior indian citizens and wanted me to pay for the extension. Even after knowing that the extension is not on purpose and forced due to the global pandemic situation.
                                      Finally to get over with i paid the premium and since april-27 no one from the religare team is processing the request to issue the policy documents.
                                      Can someone in religare help to atleast answer whether can they process the policy or not. Atleast i can go to some other company to get the policy issued.

                                        My complaint is against yasoda hospital & research center ghaziabad, and religare health insurance pvt ltd
                                        Due to breathing problem. I had my father admit in yashoda hospital ghaziabad on 14.03.2020. My father's health insurance was done with religare health insurance, whose insurance limit is up to 2.5 lakhs. My father is ex smoker, but he was quit it 3 years back. Due to this, religare health insurance company rejected my father's insurance claim.
                                        So due to financial problem, the father was discharged on 15.03.2020. I paid a 2-day bill of rs 73223 / - in the hospital. Which is too much in 2 days.
