Remit2India.com — Frauding the customer and no customer care

Hi,
I use to transfer money through remit2india many time. i have never made attempts to check the exchange rate. they clam that they will get the best rate in the market.
But the last time I did a transcation and just wanted to know the rate. I checked the rate after the money got transfered. What i found was they dont give the rate what they have posted in the site. when i contacted customer care they told that the exchange rate a changed a hour ago. I checked the site it was the same. The C.C excutive say the exchange rate just changed ahour ago and came back to the old value . they say that the exchange rate change 3 times a day and also they have changed me inspite to thm claiming no service charges.

when you calculate all this the amount which you get is same or less than what you get in ICICI. I would recomend ICICI is better than remit2india.
