[Resolved]  Rent — Association is harrasing tenants

Hi,
I stay in a Celebrity Mansion apartment .I had taken this house for rent on 7th dec 2010.In the agreement it was 8000 /-0 rent and 1000/-maintenance.

We were suppose to get the lift facility during power cut in the day as well.But now a association is formed and they have instructed the watchman not to switch on the generator for function of lift during the day time whenever there is power cut.

All the tenants of the 5th floor we went to discus with association head regarding the above issue and he is reluctant he saysd speak to owner and owner are hardly reachable.There are around 30 flats and they get a amount of 30000 maintenance .

As per them there is water scarcity hence they will not provide the generator for lift in the morning.

Need your help.They are literally taking the advantage of there position as association head.
