The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Owner refusing to return my security deposit

Dear Sir,
I came to mumbai & joined the company Godrej-Vikhroli. I took a room on rent through a person named Mr. Sandesh ([protected]) and paid him one month brokerage charge 4500/-. House Owners name is Mr Kailash sawant ([protected]), whom i paid a deposit of 40000/-, and agreed on a monthly rental of 4500/- per month.We made a rent agreement, whose original is with owner & photocopy with me. I took the room on 9/5/2011....

Association is harrasing tenants

Hi,
I stay in a Celebrity Mansion apartment .I had taken this house for rent on 7th dec 2010.In the agreement it was 8000 /-0 rent and 1000/-maintenance.
We were suppose to get the lift facility during power cut in the day as well.But now a association is formed and they have instructed the watchman not to switch on the generator for function of lift during the day time whenever there is power cut.
