[Resolved]  Rental House — Attempt to murder by rental house owner

I would like to draw your kind attention to this fact that I live at Laxmi Bhavan (1st floor), Panagarh under the district of Burdwan (near Panagarh Bazar Post Office) alongwith my family, including my mother, my younger brother, and my cousin brother (minor, appeared for the madhyamik this year). Laxmi Bhavan is the rental house, and the owner Mr. Damodar Roy has severely beaten my mother cousin brother today around 12:45 p.m.
The fact is that my cousin was washing up his cycle in front of the tapwater, from which we take water for our daily usage, and we pay for it.When Mr. Damodar saw my cousin washing up his cycle, he had rushed towards him and tried to break the cycle, though my cousin told that he would clean up the place after washing, but Damodar did not pay a little hid to him made a life attempt to him, and when my mother went there to save my cousin, Damodar did not spare her too. He did not pay a little honour to my mother as belonging to the female race; he said to my mother thus, "haramzadi, magi, tokeo aasto rakhbona aar tor bhaipokeo na, toderke ghar chhara kore chaarbo" After that, I alongwith my brother went to the place, and tried to make the situation easy, but he carryied on beating. It should be noted that we belong to the elder brother of Damodar- Shridhar Roy, but they did nothing, except being the audience, specially their mother Mrs. Laxmi Rani roy said to my cousin,"tor baper zamidari peyechhis, tor bap khun hoyechhe, aar tuio khun hobi-chhoto loker baccha kothakar" Madam,when I protested then Damodar said to me," tui ki korbi kore naga ja, police station aamaar hater muthoy, aami taka diye sab kine rekhechhi". Now, my mother and cousin are seriously sick. My father works abroad. In this sensitive condition, we are feeling helpless and insecured as well. This is not only the insult o[censored]s, but also the insult of humanity and femininity. He did not spare a female; my mother is a cardiac patient also suffering from high blood pressure. In this situation, you are earnestly requested to take some positive steps that you are also the representative of the ordinary public, you are the shelter of the helpless female and shelterless. We are in positive hope. Please pay a little hid to our heart's helpless cry and the threat to humanity as well.

N.B.PLEASE HELP US TO FIGHT AGAINST THIS INHUMANITARIAN TORTURE-BOTH PHYSICAL AND MENTAL. HE ALSO ATTEMPTED TO MASSACRE THE POSTAL FACILITIES EARLIER. WE DID NOT GET MANY DOCUMENTS EARLIER, INCLUDING THE ADMIT CARDS (OF COMPETITIVE EXAMS ETC)My mother alongwith my cousin went to the local police station (kanksa), but they did not give the diary number, only gave a formal visit to us around 9 to 9.30 pm yesterday, but still they have not come to arrest that brutal criminal Damodar, who is charging bombs in front of our room, and is threatening to murder us. The local police is deaf and dumb; they are not paying any heed to us, probably they are corrupted by Damodar- he is using slang languages. We are feeling insecured and helpless. Please save us and prove that the existence of law and order is still present in our democratic country. Our existence is in doubts .
