Residence — frequent blackouts chrompet MIT Bus Stand area

Hi,
I am a resident of old no 217, gst road, chromepet (MIT Gate bustop).over the past few months the amount of powerfailures affecting my house is very high.The TNEB autorities are totally insensitive to any complaints made.We are not having powerr for the last two nights completely.And apart from me the house is having 3 senior citizens who is not feeling well and sickly because of lack of sleep due to powercut.Frequent complaints both over phone and written complaints are not attended to.The office is keeping their consumer complaint phone numbe off the hook.Life is made miserable by TNEB.pls do something about their insensitivity.
