the Broadband connection at my residence has been extremely erratic and is not available for the past one month. Innumerable complaints and personal visits to your office in Sec 37 Noida has been to no avail. My spouse is working from home and the requirement of Net connectivity is extremely vital for progressing her work . It is requested that the matter be addressed at the earliest opportunity. regards

I have not been receiving uniform connectivity for the past few days. Sometimes the net goes off and after some time it comes. The speed is very low for any kind of download. Please correct this and see that the speed uniform always. I am not able to reach your call center number since it is always busy.

Residence — non functioning of 22600049

Our above landline is not working from 13.03.09, the day the lines were shifted from Velachery to Adambakkam exchange, complaint was registered first thro 1500 on 14.03.09 and subsequently by personal visit to your exchange a couple of days later. The same has been intimated to your linemen when they were spotted working in a DB near our area. We request the same may kindly be attended to urgently. We also request you to kindly inform your accounts about the non functioning of the line from 13.03.2009 and for the waiver of monthly rent from 13.03.09 till the date the same is setright.

Residence — Backfilling,consolidation,rechip carpeting to the newly laid GI water line in 16 th main rd,beyond 38 th cross

3 months ago new CI pipes for water lines was laid in 16 th main road, 4 th T block, Jayanagar,
BLORE-41 WARD NO - 58.

Since then nothing has been done except uneven back filling.Recent rains has caused high depression in the pipe laid portion interrupting our vehicular entry into the houses.This could result in elderly or even middle aged getting hurt very badly.

Sir, we kindly request you to do the needful for ensuring smooth entry to our residences for which we will remain ever grateful.

Residence — Non functioning of phone

I, Sanjay Goyal am residing at I-100, Second floor, South City II, Gurgaon. My telephone no 2219799 with broadband facility has not been functioning for last one week. Although complaint has been lodged with Malibu town exchange twice at 2219000, but to no avail. The complaint lodged at 2380198 states the docket no as 13632 dated 26.04.09 although the phone got out of order only on 20.05.09.

I request to get the phone woking at the earliest.

Residence — NO TICKET BOOKED BUT MONEY DEDUCTED

I have booked 04 tickets on 17/09/2009 for Narayanadri Express Train No. 2734 from HYD to Tirupati by i-ticet from website by using my bank Debit card, vide ref. Transaction Id Nos. [protected] and [protected] and the amount of Rs. 1186/- and Rs. 1186/- and Rs.1171/- Total amount Rs.3,543/- tickets were not booked but money was deducted from my SBI bank. To my surprise for Two transactions they have deducted amount for Three times from my account.

You are kindly requested to refund the above amount and same may be debited to my bank account urgently as I have not sufficient funds in my account.

Residence — Landline not working, too much of disturbance

The complaint for the landline no 22580849 has been pending for about 10 days now.
Complaint No - 144, Lot of disurbance on the line.

Response is very pathotic and I am not sure whom to escalate.

MY LANDLINE TELEPHONE # 25243127 IS DEAD SINCE 28/04/2011. EVEN AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINTS IT HAS NOT BEEN RECTIFIED. WHAT SHOULD WE DO?
