residence Telephone — Regualr Disturbance & Dead

Residence — Totally dead

Phone No.[protected] totally dead since 21.04.2008 and lodged a complaint. As it is not rectified, contacted J.E. Trimulgherry, Secunderabad, and he promised to do the needful by 23.04.08 as there is a Cable problem. But still the above telephone is not working.

Please rectify the defects immediately and confirm.

MY telephone[protected] is not working.We have made several complaints but problem is not solved.
We are getting lot of noise, disturbance few weeks back but phone is totally dead now.

We are extremely unhappy with your service dept as they dont even bother to come and check what the problem is.
The terminal box is open and we suspect some loose connection or cable issue as we are getting weak signal.

Request authorities to look into the matter.

residence Telephone — Regular Disturbance

Dear Sir,

We would like to draw your kind attention towards telephone no.[protected], which is installed in Vill. KAKRA (MURADNAGAR), DISTT. GHAZIABAD and is not working properly since April 10, 2009 (sometime it was dead and sometime voice was not clear and disburbance is recorded regularly while it is working). We have also lodged a complaint in the register available at the Muradnagar Telephone Exchange gate. Inspite of repeated requests / complaints we have still not received any satisfactory reply from their side and the problem is as it is till today.

Your intervention is requested to resolve this issue at the earliest.

Disturbance in Telephone no.2640969

Telephone no. 2640969 installed at C-8, Ramprastha in the name of K.N. Kapoor is giving lot of noise and calls can not be received or made properly. Complaint has been made on telephone no.2622198 but without any fruitful results. Request for immediate action for attending the fault.

We would like to draw your kind attention towards telephone no.[protected]. This telephone is found dead 4-5 times in a month (disburbance is recorded regularly while it is working). I have requested hSR layout exchange officials several times in last eight months. I am being an aged person around 75 years old and it is not possible for me to visit exchange regularly.
