Dear Sir,
We would like to draw your kind attention towards telephone no.[protected]. This telephone is found dead 4-5 times in a month (disburbance is recorded regularly while it is working). I have requested Siyana Tel. Exchange officials several times in last two years. I am being an aged person around 75 years old and it is not possible for me to visit Siyana Tel. exchange regularly.

Dear sir,
We have complaint on 198 of telephone number[protected] on 09/06/2009 and book on complaint number 17862 since upto date none of the person of BSNL has attend the complaint. Such a useless service from india largest BSNL is not expected . As we already paid a bill time to time.
Please take care of my above telephone number with immediate effect.
