Pl set right your accounts

We have compliant on 01.11.2009 of telephone no[protected] and booked on 01.11.2009 on compliant no 86313605 Since upto date none of the person of bsnl has attend the compliant. As we already paid a bill time to time.

The service provided by BSNL is very poor...Even i am also suffering this problem...So, this is highly disguisting that we are not getting the good response..my landline number[protected] is not working since 2 months (near about 5th december)/...
after complaining to many places, no positive step has been taken yet...so please do favour for me...as we have already paid bills on time always...
