[Resolved] Resident — Non dispensation of Cash at ATM | |||
I used my PNB ATM Card No.[protected] to withdraw cash of Rs.12000/ at ATM ID H3293800. Cash was not dispensed/delivered by the ATM counter. However I received an SMS to convey that an amount of Rs.1200/- has been debited. Thereafter the ATM shut down & rebooted. I waited for 15 minutes & carried out further transactions of asking for Mini statement, withdrawing cash amounts of Rs.12000/- & 8600/-. It was confirmed that the said amount had been debited from my Account No[protected] vide Mini statement Entry (TXN. No:9669) ATM/CWDR/H329 dated[protected]Time 12:12). All my efforts for the next 2h to contact the CALL CENTRE AT[protected]/[protected] /[protected] AND OBTAIN DOCKET ID FOR FUTURE failed as all the tome the numbers were engaged. However I left a written complaint at my PNB Branch, Sector 12A Panchkula (Haryana) as well at the PNB Regional Centre with Mr.Vijay / Ankita at tele no.[protected].
