I had purchased one flat in one residential building which is situated in Thane – Maharashtra .While in purchase agreement with builder, he had mention that he will obtain the required occupation certificated from Municipal Corporation. But till now he had not acted on that. My detail in this regards are as follows,
Purchase agreement in the year 2001
Possession of flat in the year 2002
Form of Co-operative society by the members of building in the year 2005
Now our present building standing committee want to file case in consumer court against the builder so we want to know, base on above details wither we can stand as per law to file the case in consumer court or not? Was this information helpful? |
