[Resolved]  residential building — unauthorised construction

unauthorized construction/variation/deviation to the drawing approval for three plots i.e. MU-42,MU-43,MU-44 is observed, observation made is that separately allotted area by DDA is clubbed together as one plot.
Plot and construction of building is in progress as one building by reducing the width of the plot no. MU-42,MU-43,MU-44 and the same is added to MU-43 the same width that is reduced in the two plots i.e MU-42 and MU-44,which is wrong as per the building laws. Approval of three drawings is given to the applicant with letter no. SE/PIO/RZ/2011-12/D/ 1473 dated 19.04.2012.

In my RTI, I requested for blue-print of the approval of drawing on payment. But the reply has been given vide letter no. ID 2065/CRI/SE(Rh-1)2012 and online reference no. 584 dated 15.03.2012 as these being intellectual documents cannot be provided under Copyright Act , which will create doubt in anybody’s mind that malafied act has taken
Place here I attach a photo of the floor which is constructed showing conversion of three plots into one being clubbed together.

Here I quote the words of Sh. Kanwaljeet Arora , Additional session judge “Corruption is worst than prostitution as the latter might endanger the morale of an individual , whereas the former invisibly endanger entire society….Sab chalta hai’ syndrome has led us to the present situation..where nothing moves without an illegal consideration. People are forced to pay for getting even the right things done”.
(Hindustan Times dated 29.04.2012) and also refer HT dated 03.05.2012 wherein the Chief Judge of High Court has said that MCD is slow on taking the corrective against illegal construction work being done.

Construction work which is in progress on MU-42,MU-43,MU-44 that are being clubbed together as one plot which can be seen by anybody applicant of the construction work are husband and wife i.e MU-44 applicant are Sh. Keten Prakash Kukereja and Smt. Mamta Kukereja and for MU-43 and MU-44 applicant is Smt. Mamta Kukereja only.

As the three drawings approved by MCD must be as per allotted land of DDA but the construction work is in progress as one plot by the owner. Act clearly shows their money power they can do anything and can get anything done as per their will and pleasure and no authority can stop them.
Hence it is requested that their drawings may please be revoked and construction work also be stopped ,since the delay in action will give bad impression for the MCD north as the MCD is divided into the zones. Let us keep the dignity of our zone and also let us bring the equality in the society we live in.
Hope officials of MCD of our zone will rise above in their character and perform their responsibility to maintain equality amongst the civilians of the society by taking the corrective action at the earliest to the wrong which is being done .
