Complaint: I did not recive bill in Jan 10. After Follow up I was issued a duplicate bill with biliing date changed to 25 th of the month ( Earlier it used to be 12 of every month) .
Bill amount was Rs (-) 141 which meant I am not to make any payment & Rs 141 will be adkusted in next month bill.

Bill was received Dated 25. 02.10 for Rs 231 only with due date as 12.03.2010. The bill amount was paid at Bangalore One centre on 09.03.2010 ( before due date) . Transaction No. MVM[protected] & receipt serial No. 0370977 .

However in the bill dated 25.03.2010 an amount of Rs 897 is shown as arrears & the amount Rs 231
paid in the month of Feb thru Bangalore ONE has not been accounted .

Pl look in to the matter & issue a clarification so that correct bill amount can be deposited before due date ie 09.April2010.
