rim cdma — unable to make outgoing calls

my account balance was RS. 19 and suddenly it becomes RS. 8 after making a single local outgoing call for 2 min. and the problem doesn't end here i am still not able to make outgoing calls with having a balance of RS 8, Actually this Anil ambani doesnt Know what to launch and How to Launch...

rim cdma — cheating and misbehavior

I bought a rim postpaid connection a month ago, with a promise that my no will be changed and i will be provided choice no free of cost within one month. I made a request for the same, they gave a no which did not activate, and actually they were delaying. After few days they gave another no after which trying to activate my outgoing and incoming calls got barred called the customer care they could not solve the problem and asked me contact nearest web express. I went there and I was refused of any help that too in written .I was shocked by the web express behavior..He was commenting and he said I will be charged for no change and even if you go to Bombay u will not get any relief in very challenging way.

I am sorry but people like you make a joke out of a forum like this.What are you trying to say.Get your facts and grammar corrected.You may be a harassed customer and wants justice but do present it in a manner so that you can at least communicate properly (may be in some other language using English text)

rim cdma — requirement of receipt as well as online bill

i m a user od cdma rim net connection, i have under taken a plan swift 15 .but the problem is that i m not able to see that how many hours i have used the net connection .So, it has become difficult 4 me to estimate used hours .Is there any way i can keep notice of remaining hours n ustilise it to the fullest.

rim CDMA — wrong name of prepaid customer i want to convert my prepaid to postpaid

Hi i am ashwani kishor using this no ([protected]) from last year 1 july 08 to till date.
At the time of taking the sim i submitted my documents pan card.
but this no is issued to AMRENDRA TIWARY by u. I am using this no.


the problem is that i want to convert this to postpaid.
When i went to ur retail stores with my document then they told us tthat no is issued to mr amrendra and my name is ASHWANI KISHOR.


so now tell me what should to do.

rim CDMA — no incoming or outgoing calls

There is a big problem on my number. I could not receive or make any calls from my number from past two days i.e. frm 5th Dec. 2009.
If anyone make me a call, the result shows that "the number you are calling is currently off please try later". And when I am trying to dial any number, it automatically redialing the number so many times and continued redialling till I end the call.
So please tell me the process to make my phone working correctly.
