I want to deactivate sms pack on my RIM no [protected].
Regarding this I have been continue talked to customer care from[protected] and also mail to customer care but till now sms pack did not deactivated.
Rs.1 is deducting everyday and I am not able to avail this service pack because I am at roaming.
Against service request no[protected] on[protected] and request no is[protected] on [protected] to deactivate sms pack from my account [protected], neither sms pack deactivated nor deduction stop till now.
Regarding this I made so many mails to [protected]@relianceada.com but got same reply each time that there is no VAS and SMS pack is active , and no wrong deduction is happening. but when I talked to customer care executive they are saying there is sms pack is activated , that why Rs. 1 is deducting everyday and they do not know how to cancel or deactivate it.
