This is mohan, I have joined RMP about 6 months before i.e., 26/01/10.
It is pretty good biz with well structured. Main thing to be focused in this biz...
1. It is the opportunity for the common man who can do the work of a Distributor, Retailer, Marketing personal and more over as an advertiser.
2. It is the opportunity to a common man to work the biz where he can earn the benefits and accepts the Tax deductions which is 100% legal and allows him self to increase the value of money and GDP. TRUST ME TODAY 1$ = 40-50 Rs/- but there is a day with RMP 1$ = 1 Rs/-.
(Example: Since I am an Engineer I always like to prove the things in written instead of just the figures like general managers etc., i.e., In india there are about 500 Crores earned persons from this RMP biz plan. that too in 6-8 years only)
3. Presentations are given all over India and franchises are located in every state.
4. Every biz needs some home work, I have done several home work and with my upline support I got complete information about the biz.
Personal Story: I have a mom & dad in Andhra pradesh visakhapatnam, I was struggling in many states & Countries like Punjab (Amritsar), Chennai (Tiruvallur), Qatar (Doha), Yemen (Sanna'a) etc., to earn a good money. Currently I am happy with the life with money but will it be the same if i resign the job for my family and further education. So this biz not only gives us financial freedom, but rather gives a simple & safe life with out risk. So planned to resign the job here and do the Masters in india and continue search for a Govt Job and shall maintain the RMP biz...for my additional source of income.
5. Hence I have learnt a common thing which every body will realize in their life that earning 1000$ may require 1000 hrs of 1$ worth work, where as working in RMP makes 1hr of 1000 down-lines of 1$ worth work. It is applicable for all the personals working in Network marketing biz.
6. My personal suggestion/ basic steps to run this business is
a. Home work - 100% understanding of the biz opportunity (Know what is the benefit to you, to the RMP and to the Manufacturing Company)
b. Make this Business understood to each and every friend 100% about the biz,
c. Don't do any follow-up unlike other MLM biz, surely each and every person will be turn back to you as leaders else they will buy some product and relax/ will not show his interest to grow his biz.
d. Many people in India want to earn money but one thing they should understand is handwork is the key to success. Getting success in RMP, one should do lot much hard work. (Only for 1 -2 years, after that throughout your life time it will yield you benefits with minor effort)
e. After all it is your life who wants to earn money and get a steady growth in the society but in MLM Company every up line will support you to become a good leader and earn good money.
f. This industry is bit complex with all positive attitude personals as there is no scope for the negative thinking person’s because -ve gents won’t support their life with proper guidance then how can they lead a team. Hence I presume follow-ups can bring negative persons who will break the chain by not getting benefitted in between and improper chain will form under you. W/o follow-ups you can get the interested gents with +ve attitude and they will lead the biz and reach the goal.
g. I have seen several persons/up lines/gurus like Suresh garu, Ramu garu, Jitendra garu, Deepthi garu...etc., are very positive and earning crore’s of rupees in AP.
h. Don’t focus on the products which are being changed from one year to another, concentrate on the biz RMP…….increasing biz by various ventures like Ties up with MSIL, a premier Government of Karnataka marketing organization etc.,
