Non delivery of the product

Dear Sir/Mam,

I had joined the Network marketing co. named RMP Infotec on 24 Dec.,2007 with three id's through Mr.L.N.Jakhar, who is one of the chain member of the company. For last two years he is giving just the excuses not the product.

When I complaint about him to the customer care of the company, instead of taking an appropriate action against Mr.L.N.Jakhar, they are blaming me for the delay.

I, m Jay Singh, I have made a Policy No. [protected] (New Unit Gain Plan) of Bajaj Allianz through RMP Infotech Pvt. Ltd. last 8 months before (appx) but till date I have not received any Bond. Inpite of many complaint through mail, phone, courier verbal & application on paper. But there are no response from them..

supply of defective vacumm cleaner

I ordereda vacumm cleaner of 1200 watt from the distributers of RMP INFOTEC in the month of aug 2007. I paid rs 7000 plus delivery charges to them. But when the piece was delivered to me i found that the watt of the product was only 300, also the piece was defective.On contacting the distributers they took back the product promising to get a new one but to this day i have not received anything....

I am Rajan a native of Varkala (Trivandrum Dist:) I have one pollution testing centre in Varkala, and my shop is very close to Professional Courier, Varkala branch. Also Iam doing MLM business through RMP Infotec Pvt. Ltd, Chennai. Professional Courier is very nearer to me, so all my documents from RMP coming through Professional courier. Now a days all documents from RMP delaying more than 10 days, and sayes they can't...
