Dear Sir,
Please find herewith the attachments for the shares certificates as well as transfer deed which were sent to for transfer in my favour in the year 2007. In this respect, it is noted till date I neither received my shares duly transferred nor any type of response at your end while I made a lot of correspondence through postal mail as well telephonically but no remedy has been received to me till date.
So in the light of submission as described aforesaid, I call upon you to look into the matter and make me oblige by issuing the positive response so that I may be aware about the action which has been taken by you in earlier time.
