[Resolved]  Rose Gas Agency, Adambakkam — Bad service and Very poor customer service

Dear Sir

We are indane customer from 1983. My consumer no is 9562.

Telephone operators ask us to book gas cylinders 21days from delivery of first cylinder... They are not assuring of any expected date of delivery, adding if and but clause that when load arrives it can be delivered...

In my case, i booked a for a cylinder on 13/12/2007 my waiting number was 483, when enquired after 15 days they respond as booking was cancelled and didnt gave any proper reply for cancellation. We once again booked on 10/1/2008 and recd cylinder on 29/1/2008. Shocked to find the booking date as 21st in the bill.

When i tried to book another cylinder yesterday they given me waiting number as 32 and says that my booking date will only be made for 21/2/2008, and regarding receipt of cylinder - it depends on the arrival of load was the reply given to me....

Kindly intervene. Please try to understand the plight of the consumers, investigate and control the distributors...
