[Resolved]  Rose Gas Agency, Adambakkam — ATROCIOUS BEHAVIOUR AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have booked for refill cylinder last month, till now I didn’t receive it. When I went there to ask, I was shocked since was treated as a servant. We need to beg them to get the answer itself. They said clearly “you go and complaint wherever we don’t mind”. I have never seen this kind of carelessness and arrogant behavior.

This gas agency does not have any educational background workers and at least the manager should take care of the complaints. We can get respect from them if buy the cylinders in black and need to pay 600 to 700. As you know it is double the original cost.

Either the concerned persons have to take actions or some vigilance actions should be taken on them else they will be continuing the same...

Indane Gas — atrocious customer service

1.behaviour -Atrocious
2.they do not attend the phone calls, in-charge also never attends the call, tele no. [protected] & in-charge mobile-[protected], pl. try n see ?
3.never delivers gas on time.
4.Gas cylinders are weighed less, they do not carry weighing machines .
5. Never attends to any kind of complaints.

Indane Gas — atrocious behaviour of distributors

I live in chennai - porur . The gas agency here is shivshankar agencies. recently i had a cylinder delivered, the distributor gave me the bill that states Rs. 288.10, i gave him Rs. 290, he atrociously demands me Rs. 300 and also adds that i[censored] do not give me Rs. 300, next time i will not deliver the cylinder and you have to go and take it from the godown yourself. i'm suprised at how these distributors have attitudes towards the general public. does he expect me to be scared of him ? or does he think we are voiceless and nothing can be done to him? i have no problem in going to the godown or paying him extra, but this kind of attitude he has is very socking.

I have booked on 4th Sep 2008 to refill cylinder till today I have n't received and daily they tell different stories. I dont know whom to approach to take severe action on this issue. If anyone knows about please let me know..it would be a great help for me.
Daily they will say tomorrow we will send like that. But they wont. They dont know english. Definitely we need to communicate with them in Tamil only. Even though we didnt receieved for the last two months also, they wont give priority. But in "Black", it is possible within minutes!
I have booked a refill cylinder on 5th February 2009 consumer NO.45723 with Rose Gas Agency, Adambakkam. Since both myself and my wife are employed, we have to leave our residence early in the morning. I had therefore requested Rose Gas Agency, while booking the refill to handover the refill cylinder to my neighbours flat against collection of money. I regret to report that the delivery man is not bothered to check with the neighbour with the result finding the flat locked they go away without bothering to inform the neighbours and I am put to immense hardship without getting the cylinder for the last one month. If there was coordination between the staff in the agency and the delivery people, this sort of hardship could have been avoided to innocent suffering consumers like us. The Manager is very non cooperative to listen to the complaints of consumers. If anybody can advise me what is recourse open to me to address this problem, I would be much obliged. My Mob. I am a customer of Indane Gas. My distributor M/s SP Gas Agency in delhi, Tambaram is not supplying gas regularly. I have booked for refil on 08/03/2010 and till date they have not supplied the refilled cylinder. Always the workers said yours gas is deliverd five to six days but gas is not delivered the right time. Please take action this agency.

Indane cylinders are not properly delivered, not properly booked, our supplies diverted to commercial establishments, handwriting dates in the bills, unruly behaviour staff at the counters

Hi Team,
We booked Gas cylinder on Sep 13th, the executive informed that you will get in one week & they cut the call immediately, but we haven't received the gas cylinder in a week, again we called to the agency, they informed that you number is in waiting list by next week u will get but we didn't get in the week also, again we called the agency, they informed supply vehicle is not available so you better come & get directly at adambakkam or you need to wait till the supply vehicle available to your place.
And that too, the suppliers demanding for additional money for vehicle charges around 30 to 40 rupees, if we refuse to pay the money the supplier boys making delay in delivering the cylinder in next booking. If we tried to inform about this to the agency their response on this is worst.
In our area there around 40 to 50 houses using this agency, we peoples face the same issue each & everytime when cylinder is booked.
Please kindly solve this issues ASAP.
we have booked the gas on 05 october 2010, till today we have not received the GAS. This people dont respond properly when we visit directly and also they dont pick up the call. They say we have to come directly and take the cylinder from there back office.

Gas is such a important part of our life and this people are making life horrible making us run behind them like any thing
We have booked the Cylinder on the 2nd Oct'10 and even after a dozen visits to the Rose Gas Agency, till today (i.e., 28th Oct'10), we are unable to get an answer as to when the Supplies will be made. The Manager is unable to patiently listen to the problems and for that instance, even the booking date. There are a bunch of guys and women, loitering here and there doing nothing and literally with no information to public when being approached.

We are senior citizens living in Nanganallur and the Gas Agency is around 2.5 kms from our residence. One need not tell you the pain we would have incurred for having travelled this much distance by walk and for about a dozen times to know about the fate of the Cylinder supply. As everyone knew Gas is such an essential commodity, that day to day food becomes a questionmark if Gas is not supplied on time (even after 24 days, ie., 3 weeks).

Government has to take some stern action against these lethargic agencies and help not only aged people like us but any common man who undergoes lot of hardships for their earnings. God help us.
Hi users, I was servised by Jayalakshmi agency previously due to some reason the service changed (Not on request) to the worst ROSE AGENCY. I really feel bad on thier service also let me know can we/anybody make complaint to controle them. if any, Please put details to take action (remove/licence cancel) against this kind o[censored]seless people. This is the time to wake up to bring inline proper.

very poor service by Rose Gas Agency. If they want to deliver a cylinder a cylinder after 6 pm we have to pay 250Rs. additionally. They never attend the customer call to book the cylinder.

Rose Gas agency is probably one of the worst agencies that I have seen. They hardly pick up the call and they never deliver the cylinders even after 3-4 weeks. The customer service is attrocious. The delivery guys demand Rs 15-20 in addition to the normal tips that we give.
Severe action has to be taken against these guys.
I am a resident of Adambakkam for nearly 30 years, it is absolutely true that Rose Gas Agency is a corrupt one. The black market cylinder cost Rs. 700, which one can get by paying to delivery boy. You can also see those boys giving the cylinder to nearby fast food centers for 1 kg usage as people hardly find the difference of 1 kg. Yes the delivery guys demand Rs.15 extra.

what to do? We are pathetic commoners who has to take these things granted. After all these guys are petty thieves.
Atrocious behavior by Rose Gas Agency. They never pick up the phone and all the people in that company are corrupted fellow. The delivery guy asks 15 Rs extra for delivering though the prices includes the delivery charges. I decided to fight with them for not giving Rs 1 extra. Request you all to take this stand and we need to take it to IOC.

Rose Agencies, Adambakkam — Not responding properly

Rose Agencies, Adhambakkam. not responding properly for customer queries. The customers treat as a slaves. Proper guide lines not available in office. All staffs are shouting the customer.


Please ask them to put a proper guide lines for New connections, Change of Address, Token system for customer complaint.
