[Resolved] ROSE GAS AGENCY — DELAY IN DELIVERING/NOT RESPONDING TO CALLS | |||
DEAR SIR/MADAM, WE HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF INDANE GAS FROM JAYALAKSMI GAS AGENCY FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND THEIR SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD BUT SUDDENLY THEY CLOSED AND TRANSFERED OUR RECORDS TO ROSE GAS AGENCY AND BAD TIME STARTED FOR US.THEY ARE THE WORST GAS AGENCY WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED .THEY ARE NOT DELIVERING OUR CYLINDERS ON TIME AND THEY ARE NOT GIVING PREFERENCE TO THE BOOKINGS.THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO CALLS AT ALL.THE MANAGER OF ROSE GAS AGENCY SPEAKS TO ALL CUSTOMERS VERY VERY HARSHLY NOT GIVING PROPER ANSWERS SHOUTING AT THE CUSTOMERS AND ORDERING THEM TO GET OUT THEIR PLACE.INSTEAD OF DELIVERING THE GASES THEY TELL THEIR CUSTOMERS TO TAKE THE GASES FROM THEIR GODOWNS.FOR ADDRESS TRANSFER THEY HAVE FORMAT TO SIGN STATING TO TRANSFER.... AND IT IS WRITEN THAT THEIR SERVICE IS GOOD AND THAT THEY ARE DELIVERING GASES PROPERLY WITH OUT WHICH THEY WONT ACCEPT THE ADDRESS TRANSFER LETTER WRITTTEN/PRINTED BY US AND OUR COMPLAINTS ARE MORE AND MORE (INFINITE).WE HAVE ALREADY INFORMED REGARDING THIS TO INDIAN OIL COPORATION COMPLAINTS BUT NO REPLY/RESPONSE. ROSE GAS AGENCY — non supply of gas cylinder
ROSE GAS AGENCY IN adambakkam ,chennai are attrocious in givign service. I booked for renewal on13.9.2010.The computer bill is date 30.9.2010. But till date I have not received the supply. Leave alone there tel is always engaged, when i went personally they were not giving proper reply and the manager handover the complaint book for registering our complaints. The regional Indane office No is also always engaged. Can anybody tell whether Indane is ISO 9000 company and if so who has given them the certificate.ROSE GAS AGENCY — Delay & Negligence in delivering GAS
HI Team,As a dealer of Indane, i request to take necessary action on this,
In our place around 50 customers where using Rose Gas Agency , but there is problem which we all are facing in our area whenever we booked a gas.
1) If we booked for a cylinder the customer care executive not attending the call , if we got line to executive the only thing they are informing is '' In One week u ll get the cylinder'', but three week crossed still not received the cylinder.
2) Cylinders are not delivering at the door step, they are keeping in some common places & informing the customer to come & take at that place.
3) Money demanding of delivery boys, for each & every delivery they are demanding from 20 to 35 rupees , if we reject to give money they are making more delay in delivering the gas cylinder at next booking.
4) Peoples in our area of scared of raising a complaint , if the agency came to know they will not deliver the cylinder.
This is my 5th complaint on this agency, please we beg u to make a necessary action on this, i writing this behalf of my area peoples.
ROSE GAS AGENCY — WORST SERVICE & IRRESPONSIBLE COMMUNICATION BY STAFF
I have booked a refill cylinder on 5th February 2009 consumer NO.45723 with Rose Gas Agency, Adambakkam. Since both myself and my wife are employed, we have to leave our residence early in the morning. I had therefore requested Rose Gas Agency, while booking the refill to handover the refill cylinder to my neighbours flat against collection of money. I regret to report that the delivery man is not bothered to check with the neighbour with the result finding the flat locked they go away without bothering to inform the neighbours and I am put to immense hardship without getting the cylinder for the last one month. If there was coordination between the staff in the agency and the delivery people, this sort of hardship could have been avoided to innocent suffering consumers like us. The Manager is very non cooperative to listen to the complaints of consumers. If anybody can advise me what is recourse open to me to address this problem, I would be much obliged. My Mob. [protected]
