[Resolved] Royal Enfield — SELF START PROBLEM | |||
I PURCHASED A BRAND NEW ROYAL ENFIELD THUNDERBIRD ON 13 NOV 2009 FROM SWASTIK AUTOMOBILE FARIDABAD. FROM THE FIRST DAY I AM SUFFERING LOTS OF MANUFACTURING PROBLEM .ONE OF WHICH IS SELF START ,AFTER CHANGING METER , BATTERY, THEY ALSO CHANGED THE THE SELF START GEARS . AFTER THREE MONTHS SELF AGAIN STARTED CREATING PROBLEM . AFTER MY REPEATED COMPLAINT NOTHING WAS DONE AT THE EVERY TIME OF SERVICE THEY TOLD ME IT WILL BE CORRECTED , BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN BEEN DONE . NOW SELF START IS NOT WORKING AND THEY ARE TELLING ME TO CHANGE THE GEARS AGAIN WHICH COST RS 4000 AS 1 YEAR HAS BEEN PAST SO IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY AS PER THEM. NOW WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THERE FAULT.
