[Resolved] Royal Enfield — negligence of customer complaints | |||
i have purchase a royal enfield bike (description) model electra REG.DT.. 30/01/2012 / CH.No.ME3US5C0CA117258 AND E No.U3S5COCA117258.... FROM ASCO patparganj delhi royal enfield dealer. i think they will assemblies some old bike and than sale to me because everytime bike will goes to there service centre for complaint ........ complaints are as follows 1.rear wheel not align it makes bubling when ever i drive 2.two times corpourator of my bike has been replased .3 when i purchased the bike .i have found a dot on head of my bike and same day i will compliant to dealer .then they say we will replaced it within 15days but were not replaced it and paint it with other different colour .when i told that this colour doesnot match with colour they will say again we replace on first service and my first service is done but they were not replaced the same. so i request you to make some strict action with this dealer and give me some solution about my problems Was this information helpful? | |||
