Royal Enfield — unsatisfied with the product/ bad experience with the company | |||
I had bought Thunderbird Twin spark in the year 2009. Since then I have been having lots of issues with the bike . At first I thought that it could be minor issues and assumed that it is very common with these bikes. Recently when I was riding the bike , there was some sort of grinding noise from the engine . So I panicked and thought that the engine oil was less and then immediately took the bike to the service center. I went to the service center which was close to my house (Sri Manjunatha Bullet Garage, Bengaluru). That was one the worst experience which I had with the service center. No one there was cooperative and nobody explained the problem to me clearly. All they told me is that there is a problem with the engine and they told me that I have to replace number of things and gave me quote of Rs.26000 which nearly gave me a heart attack. First thing is that the bike is completely unreliable and basically the parts used in the bike is low quality . First of all I don’t think I should be facing these issues because I maintain this bike really well. Engine problem within 3 years is really unacceptable and I have had other bikes too which I have used more than 5 years without any problem. No one seems to care in the service center and I feel that every time I give the bike for service , I’m being conned. I bought this bike for about 1lakh and I have incurred almost 60,000 now . I am very dissatisfied customer and very unhappy with your company . My perception towards Royal Enfield is completely changed and I would never recommend anyone to buy your product. I feel your company should be responsible and fix my bike and make me a happy customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
