Kindly find herewith below my communcations to the concerned officials of Royal Goan Holiday resort Pvt ltd, but yet no confirmation from their side. This is a clear case of Case of cheating, Fraud and False committments.

This is in continuation and with reference to my earlier emails addressed to you as of June 13, 2011, June 8, 2011, June 7, 2011, June 3 , 2011, June 1, 2011, May 31, 2011 and your email as of May 30, 2011 and your telecon as of 14 June, 2011 from +[protected].

To Whomsoever it may Concern

This is further to my emails as of 31st, May, 2011, June 01, 2011, 2nd, 3rd, 2011, June 8th, 2011, and your various telephones from the below mentioned Telephone nos :

Furthermore, refer to the telecons from Ms Sandra / Ms Aalisha / Ms Menessa, regarding the same and each time they have verbally confirmed sending the said demand draft of INR 50,000/-payable to me. I regret to inform you that on June 13, 2011, the lady assured and promissed me that she would ensure I would be getting a call back from either Ms Sandra / Ms Aalisha / Ms Menessa, which till now I have not received the promised call.

On 2nd June, 2011, Ms Menesaa from your company had confirmed over telephone that the said Demad Draft had been dispatched to me via registered post. The details of the draft were not with her as the envelope was sealed. I would also like you to refer to all my emails addressed to you till date.

In reference to the above mentioned subject, I wish to convey our most dissatisfaction and surprise at the attitude of the ROYAL GOAN HOLIDAY RESORT PVT LTD, Goa.

I am resending your good office my email ONCE AGAIN since NOTHING has been done from your end regarding the payment to me which was confirmed by your company to be made to me, prior to me becoming a member and making the said payment to you, as your client had paid you the same for using my Sterling week, as confirmed by Ms Sandra of your company. She had categorily confirmed that soon as the money is deposited into your HDFC or BOB A/c in Goa, the said Demand draft would be sent to me, the same day, I made the initial payment as it was your company policy, Basis on which I had agreed to become a member of your resort.

It is most regrettable and surprising that the company like yours can be so unprofessional or rather so hopelessly pedestrian in approach and operation.

I had been in regular touch with Ms Menessa, Ms Sandra, Ms Alisha regarding the same.

I once again reiterate that I do not wish to take legal action. Your prompt urgency and action would be highly appreciated.

With regards to the telecon as of 14 June, 2011 from +[protected] apparantly from the Customer Care of Royal Goan Holiday Resort Pvt ltd, wherein she had categorily said, that she was from the customer care and that Ms Sandra / Ms Aalisha / Ms Menessa were from the Sales and marketing department and said that they were not concerned. She once again verbally promised that the said Demand Draft would be sent.

As far as I am concerned, I need a Written confirmation from Royal Goan Holiday Resot Pvt ltd. regarding the same, as Ms Sandra had clearly mentioned that I should scan the agreement and email it to [protected]@royalgoan.com. I even told her that I do not have all the details regarding the same, which was needed to be filled in the agreement, and which was an integral part of the agreement. To this she said that they would fill the same on my behalf, when i couriered the agreement to them after receiving the said Demand Draft. and i would have to give them the authority letter for their client to make use of one week from my Sterling Holidays. I was not comfortable to send a signed agreement which was not fully filled and the main contents be BLANK. The same was also conveyed to Ms Sandra / Ms Aalisha / Ms Menessa as of 31st May, 2011 and she said it was fine, i could email her the scanned doucment and send the agreement only after I receive the promised Demand Draft of INR 50000/-, which as per the confirmation of ms menessa as of June 2, 2011 has already been sent to me by registered post, which till Dtae I have not received.

PS : I would be forced to take legal action against your company if I do not receive the promised payment or else refund me the INR 6000/- from The Royal Goan Holiday resort pvt Ltd, which I was made to pay initially by the promise and confirmation as of 31 May 2011 and cancell the membership, as I do not want to deal with such a company who lies and do not honor their committments..

Please be aware that the company "Royal Goan PVT Ltd" ARE NOT THE SAME COMPANY AS the Karma Royal Group, (incorporating Royal Resorts, or Royal Goan Beach Club.

Unfortunately they have a similar name which has confused some of the members of the established company.
