[Resolved]  Royal Images — Not getting proper response

I had purchased online mobile samsung galaxy-y, and i need a duplicate bill for which i have been contineously calling and sending email to Royal Images from last 3 days but i have still not received duplicate bill copy. my mobile is in warrenty period and need to repair for which i need bill copy to show in service center and warrenty period will get over in next 10 days. Please help me to get duplicate bill copy before 10th of this month. royal images number-[protected]
