Hi, I had purchased online mobile samsung galaxy-y, and i need a duplicate bill for which i have been contineously calling and sending email to Royal Images from last 3 days but i have still not received duplicate bill copy. my mobile is in warrenty period and need to repair for which i need bill copy to show in service center and warrenty period will get over in next 10 days.
