I have orederd wide order no[protected] philips Grooming Kit on 9th of Jan 2012 but till date i have not received the product whenever i contact customer care they informed me many times that product will be delivered in 2 days till date, i have not received it if they can not why are the giving wrong details on internet.

Royal images — Delay

I have orederd casio watch on 2nd of october but till date i have not received the watch whenever i contact customer care they informed me that my watch will be delivered in 2 days tll date i have not received it if they can not why are the giving wrong details on internet , my order number is 227565
I am facing the same trouble of non delivery of my purchased item..what I shall do?

I had already booked product Respose Filled Bean Bag XXL on dt. 26.02.2014 via telecaller service. then after we had many times follow up with customer care executive but still the product not receive till date 14.04.2014 and your site shown product status as below. Also note that we had many time follow up with customer care executive and also mail to [protected]@royalimages.co.in but no any positive reply form them. Every time they mail me "Dear Customer, We acknowledge your mail of, April 07, 2014 and have noted your concern. The subject line contains the Service related no. SR00031410 through which all your future e-mail correspondence can be tracked.There had been an inadvertent delay in the process and we regret the same.We request you to give us some time while we look in to this issue and get back to at the earliest on the order status.Thanks and Regards, Customer Service"
