[Resolved]  Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance — Rejection of mediclaim reimbursements

Hi All, I have claimed the reimbursements for the hospitalisation bills of my father under policy no. HCE[protected], claim no. HR53921. The same is rejected by the company on the ground of Pre existing disease. Where actually these is on line policy & there was no mediacl check up eas done at the time of buying policy. Also there was no disease at the time of policy taken. Still the rejection made by them. Also they have sent the doctor to our home to check patient & he agreed that this is genuine case. The claim is declined. THE ONLY PURPOSE FOR WRITING THIS COMPLAINT IS TO AWARE ALL THAT DO NOT GO FOR THE ONLINE MEDICLAIM ESPECIALLY IF BUYING FOR THE 45 AGE ABOVE.
