car key not replaced although covered in insurance

I'm having vw polo 2016 hl, insurer is royal sundaram general insurance company.
I opted for key cover while purchasing the policy in october 2019.
After relocating my house in august 2020 i could not find second key of my car and it came to my notice after a week as it took time for me set up the house.

I tried getting insurance for my car on 3rd feb 2020 and paid the money as well for the same but i have not heard anything from royal sundaram since then. I have mailed then atleast 8 to 10 times in this period to know the status to no avail. There customer care number doesn't work and getting to there executives is next to impossible task.
