I have a honda city car and I have been using Royal Sundaram for my car Insurance. My car recently met with two accidents -

1. 16th March - My parked car was hit by Chota Hathi small truck which was reversing and had aluminum/steel pipes in its trunk, leading to damage on the right side.

Hello;

I Mr.Amit Acharya cheated by health insurance ROYAL SUNDARAM GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY BY not sanctioning my claim the reason which the insurance company giving is not in valid terms .My wife Mrs.Laxmi Acharya had laparoscopic repair of previous scar defect with excision of scar ectopic in JK WOMEN HOSPITAL LOCATED AT DOMBIVLI EAST.

Dear team,
As discussed with Mr. Sachin rai who is Area Manager up from Maruti Suzuki.

No body has been visited to vineet motors to inspect the car.
Why it is delay?
Or if you can not take any decision then why you have committed to customers, we have to give support out of the way?

Actually, they are not responding till date,
Even I have a engine covered in car insurance policy...

Last 7 days i am struggling to get my policy renew copy. Also i requested for member inclusion and i made the payment accordingly. I submitted a change request form along with my Son's DOB certificate 1.5 month back. now they are saying issue with some data. they are not at all calling to fix the issue faster nor they are replying to my mail. this is totally unprofessional. Hi. I would like to complain about a health insurance policy we have had for a few years with Royal Sundaram - Policy No. : HMA[protected]. This expired circa 19-Mar-21 --- the expiry caught us unaware as there were no email or any reminders leading up to the expiry. We didn't realize as the family was engaged with a couple of covid-19 cases in the immediate family. Now we're constantly chasing them for a renewal but nothing is happening!...

    I was takan motar insurance from royale sundaram General insurance

    mera accident ho gaya tha, my policy no Vpc[protected] with 0 debt, claim no is Pv00729635 my car no mh46ba3685, polcy period is 18/06/2020 to 17/06/2021

    meri gadi 15 feb2021 ko accidet huvi aur unhone mura claim nahi diya mere se 25 percent liya amount 17958/-,

    bolte hai ki ncb tha, maine jab policy liya tabi muje kuch yesa bataya nahi jab clain karne gaya to bola aapko paise bharne honge. wrong information deke muje fasaya gaya. mera no hai [protected]

      I have health insurance policy with this company for 3 years now.

      This year 2020 i renewed my policy and i can see the new policy number of their mobile app..
      Policy number : SGP[protected]

      I am not able to contact their customer care, to get IT certificate and policy soft copy is not emailed to me yet.

      I tried logging service request on their app but no response and call center number...

      This is reference to my policy no VPN[protected], I renewed my car policy on 24/10/2020, I received only one page document, I had written to customer care id on 8/11/2020 . There was no reply from the customerr care department. Then i call up toolfree number on 10/11/2020 [protected] 20.10 pm and spoke to the executive, narrated the whole story, then he was able to send me the complete six page document immediate.       I'm having vw polo 2016 hl, insurer is royal sundaram general insurance company.
      I opted for key cover while purchasing the policy in october 2019.
