I have purchased a insurance policy for my vehicle DL 9 CA 8610 5 on in January where as I want to get a claim in May so I registered a claim with the help of Maruti workshop near my location but in the time of claim the company denied the claim and mark it no claim because of their improper documentation and I have to wear all the charges that are needed to be paid because of the repair according to the company I have three policy that is zero depreciation policy and another one from Bajaj Allianz that is third party policy in which I have made no claims I have proper documents for the policy and the policy is valid till 19th of September 2023 which is from Bajaj Allianz during the time of purchase of the insurance from royal Sundaram I have asked by the insurance that have you made any claim in the previous policy so I encounter that in the policy which is bought from Bajaj Allianz I have not made any claim things I have both the policy so I stated that no I have not made any claim in the previous policy and give the reference number of Bajaj policy on the basis of the day no claim bonus of 25% but in me when I was filing the claim they ask me to return the money which I have taken as no that amount also where as that amount belongs to me only and this is how the insurance company is not treating the customers with appropriate claim handlings they don't want to approve the claims on the basis of डरे डॉक्यूमेंट डिस्क्रिपेंसीज.

I paid my health insurance premium on date 13/09/2022 as Rs 6768.00. unfortunately I Check and found that my policy expired due to not renewal. But I Paid online to Roya Sundaram General insurance.pls refund me or renew my policy as I paid premium already on 13/09/2022.

      I recently Insured my Toyota Liva Car from Royal Sundaram, before buying a insurance policy from Royal sundaram my perception towards the company was wonderful, as per me this company run on it's standards and world class services, but the actual ground reality is the different.

      Recently my car met an accident from front and rear side including bonut, radiator, dicky, tail lamp, front right fender, bumper, and many more items got damaged. I found a bodyshop near me by the name of GALAXY TOYOTA OKHLA, NEW DELHI, I handed over my car with all relevant documents to Mr. Amit ([protected]), survey done by Mr. Akash ([protected]), After survey Mr. Akash partially approved my claim and said that mentioned damages do not correlate with the accident, Even I brief accident details but he is not interested to approve my claim.

      Now Today is 3rd jan 2022, No approval we received, Me and Mr. amit (Toyota advisor) calling to mr. Akash for approval but he didn't picked our call and also amit send a email regarding the same but he didn't even reply on email, I am waiting for my car claim approval, No approval given by surveyor till now.

      please help if possible

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        I want to tell you that my car number UP 80 EU 4215 Swift Dzire met with an accident in Gwalior, when talking about Maruti's customer care, he talked about your showroom Nikunj Motors Gwalior, and we put our car for service at your place for cashless facility, which is insured by Royal Sundaram Insurance Company. You used to see cashless facility Mahendra Sharma ji, who is no longer working here. At the time of Mahendra Sharma ji, the insurance company approved ₹ 3, 20, 000, And said that if they DO of full money comes, you will leave the car. All these things are in the notice of Your Company's AGM Mrs. Samta Tiwari. After Mahendra Sharma ji left the job, our conversation for the service of the car continued to be on the phone with Samta Tiwari. During the service of the car, we also visited Gwalior twice from Agra. But the visit did not yield any result. We were asked for permission to come to Agra to change the half engine of the vehicle Agra RI demands half engine pieces, when asked to Samta Tiwari for half engine, he refused to give half engine, He had said that there is a demand for pieces of the same half engine to write from Agra RI. Meanwhile, after nearly two months, the DO letter was issued from the insurance company. In which a short payment of ₹ 89, 000 was approved, when we asked the insurance company why you have given a short payment, the insurance company said that we have not given permission for half engine. Samta Tiwari ji is saying that permission to change the half engine was received from the insurance company. Now no one is giving proof of who is telling the truth between the two. It's going to be about six months since my car.
        Samta Tiwari has imposed a day fine on Me for parking the car at Rs 500.
        The case has also been registered with Maruti Insurance and Royal Sundaram grievance. and also, Complaint Royal Sundaram MD Sir.
        MD sir increases claim amount by, Rs 25, 000 But we are not satisfied with this decision, we should be given full money.
        No one wants to interfere in our claim. My car is still at the workshop.

        Grievance has also said that you should complain on Insurance Ombudsman

        Even after giving so much proof, no decision is being taken
        I have more proof of telephonic conversation

        What were the insurance companies in the dose of selling engines.

          Due to a mistake from one of their agents, my car was insured twice: One from reliance(first insurer which started from 2020 till 2023) and one from royal sundaram[protected].
          When I enquired about the duplicate insurance, they say renewed insurance cannot be cancelled. But their argument is completely illogical because the original insurance was with reliance which cannot be cancelled, but royal sundaram is a new policy with no history.
          When I try to contact their customer care, they continuously disconnect the call after saying "pleas wait while we transfer the call to our cancellation department".
          This is completely irresponsible, unprofessional behavior of these people who give themselves high ratings just to mislead people.
          Despite several emails to them, they did not respond properly, and therefore I am raising this complaint in this forum.

              I have a honda city car and I have been using Royal Sundaram for my car Insurance. My car recently met with two accidents -

              1. 16th March - My parked car was hit by Chota Hathi small truck which was reversing and had aluminum/steel pipes in its trunk, leading to damage on the right side.

              2. 21st March - The car in front of me braked suddenly without notice and I braked accordingly but hit that car leading to damage in the front side of the car.

              I dropped my car at the Landmark Honda car showroom on 22nd March 2022 for the Insurance claim of the above two accidents. The Insurance company is liable to provide claims for these accidents but is unwilling to cover the 1st accident with some random changing excuses. I tried explaining it to the Insurance person about the situation, after some hassle he said he will look into this and there is no progress. It is more than 12 days since my car is in Insurance and I don't have

                I Mr.Amit Acharya cheated by health insurance ROYAL SUNDARAM GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY BY not sanctioning my claim the reason which the insurance company giving is not in valid terms .My wife Mrs.Laxmi Acharya had laparoscopic repair of previous scar defect with excision of scar ectopic in JK WOMEN HOSPITAL LOCATED AT DOMBIVLI EAST.

                We had a baby in 2018 later my wife was having whole month bleeding and whenever we went to any nearby clinic in pandemic was informed by doctors it is because hormonal chances .

                but we can’t understand what was going on, my wife was taking medicine to stop bleeding and for 3 to 4 months it gets again started and later in Aug 2021 she was bleeding heavily with clots with pain we finally went to jk women hospital and met Dr.S.Krishnakumar he immediately informed us to do MRI and he informed us about my wife health condition if we will wont operate then we cannot save her and the uterus also will be removed if required he informed us

                So we agreed to do Laparoscopic Surgery and hospital bill total amount was 1, 25, 000.00rs we send all original documents to royal sundaram general insurance by courier later they rejected saying on below terms:-

                On detailed scrutiny of the documents submitted, we observe that:
                We acknowledge receipt of the claim documents lodged under subject policy.

                The claim documents have been perused by our claims panel and we observe that the insured was admitted for Caesarean Scar with Retained Products of Conception at previous scar site with scar defect. Our policy excludes any treatment arising from or traceable to pregnancy/childbirth and hence this claim is being repudiated.

                Please find below the relevant policy condition for your ready reference.
                e. Permanent Exclusions
                xxv. Reproductive medicine.

                c. Any expense incurred on treatment arising from or traceable to pregnancy (including voluntary termination of
                Pregnancy, childbirth, miscarriage, abortion or complications of any of these, including caesarean section
                Hence we regret our inability to consider your claim on the above grounds

                So this is injustice with us they did all the investigation later they are saying it’s related to pregnancy which is not done. My wife had a surgery which was not a pregnancy how comes they can say it’s a pregnancy related surgery .The discharge summary clearly has mentioned that it was RPOCS AT PREVIOUS SCAR DEFECT then how comes royal sundaram can relate it to pregnancy.

                I am attaching all the related documents please do needful we are poor people cannot afford such big amount in this Covid pandemic this is a very huge amount we paid for this laparoscopic surgery also I am regularly paying my health insurance EMI on since last 4 years if we have to pay the hospital bills from our side, then why we need such policies.
                Please help us by sanctioning our insurance amount ASAP as we have took this amount in interest from others.

                  Dear team,
                  As discussed with Mr. Sachin rai who is Area Manager up from Maruti Suzuki.

                  No body has been visited to vineet motors to inspect the car.
                  Why it is delay?
                  Or if you can not take any decision then why you have committed to customers, we have to give support out of the way?

                  Actually, they are not responding till date,
                  Even I have a engine covered in car insurance policy no.- MOP6316972.

                  And complain no. Is- 594347 dated-3/1/2022.

                  Requested to you please take it on priority.

                    This was relating to My Motor Insurance Claim Number PV00814929 against my insurance Policy Number VPN[protected].
                    While the Vehicle was hit from the Back by another vehicle with multiple damages on the Left side of the vehicle ie Back, rear passenger door and the let side of the front bumper the company is uprightly denying the claim for the door and front Bumper without proper justification and understating the context of the accident.
                    All the details are very clearly mentioned in the claim form and explained multiple times to the surveyor, who is arrogant as he is third party and does not care for Royal Sundaram.
                    The Vehicle is in Akola Maharashtra with the regional office being Aurangabad . There is no process here, no one cares for the customers and very pathetic customers Support. Good that this happened just before my renewal. After 7 years of engagement this is pathetic experience not going with Royal Sundaram anymore ...

                      I have taken first party insurance for my car no: hr26dx833 from royal sundaram through united insurance. On 19th september when i reached dhankot police station, gurgaon from my hometown jind, a truck taking wrong over take hitted car scratching and denting left side rear door and pushed my car forward because my left side fender sticked with truck .in this scenario my car was pushed (Creating a scratch and dent in rear door) to right side divider as road was not so spacious and there was a big broken road creating a chuckhole there and in this my car right side tail light broken. There are multiple scratched and dent. But company surveyor says these are old one and this is not a justified story and given approval of only fender and bumper only based on story. Neither they have visited the location where this incident happen. I have asked him to visit also but he didn't have time to visit. I don't know how a story justified even if you have not see the incident scene.

                      Instead it require approval of right side tail light and left side rear door etc. Also.
                      I am questioning them if the company can't provide complete damage claim then it must not show incurred claim ratio 90%. I need approval of claim for all of following damaged in accident:
                      1} fender/ bumper : they provide approval for them
                      2) right side tail light - need approval
                      3) left side rear door - need approval
                      4) right side running board - need approval
                      5) bumper rear - nedd approval
                      I request you please have a look this and direct the company to provide claim for these.

                        Last 7 days i am struggling to get my policy renew copy. Also i requested for member inclusion and i made the payment accordingly. I submitted a change request form along with my Son's DOB certificate 1.5 month back. now they are saying issue with some data. they are not at all calling to fix the issue faster nor they are replying to my mail. this is totally unprofessional. I am keep sending mail and called the customer care but they disconnected the call.

                          Hi. I would like to complain about a health insurance policy we have had for a few years with Royal Sundaram - Policy No. : HMA[protected]. This expired circa 19-Mar-21 --- the expiry caught us unaware as there were no email or any reminders leading up to the expiry. We didn't realize as the family was engaged with a couple of covid-19 cases in the immediate family. Now we're constantly chasing them for a renewal but nothing is happening! can someone please come back from Royal Sundaram Group.

                                I have health insurance policy with this company for 3 years now.

                                This year 2020 i renewed my policy and i can see the new policy number of their mobile app..
                                Policy number : SGP[protected]

                                I am not able to contact their customer care, to get IT certificate and policy soft copy is not emailed to me yet.

                                I tried logging service request on their app but no response and call center number automatically disconnects after putting me on wait. Also their chat support doesnt get me to any live support.

                                I am fed up with this as i dont expect this kind of service in healthcare!

                                    This is reference to my policy no VPN[protected], I renewed my car policy on 24/10/2020, I received only one page document, I had written to customer care id on 8/11/2020 . There was no reply from the customerr care department. Then i call up toolfree number on 10/11/2020 [protected] 20.10 pm and spoke to the executive, narrated the whole story, then he was able to send me the complete six page document immediate. I need my hard copy at the earliest. The Royal sundram customer service is very poor they lack professinalism, The top mangament should look in to the matter, I am not happy with Royal Sundaram. Very poor attitude.Expecting to hear from the managent.
